What is the difference between notarization
without
monetary value,
with
monetary value and for
authenticity?
The notarization is considered without monetary value, for example, in a residence declaration, CNPJ entry document.
Recognition with monetary value is done on most documents; i.e., whenever the expression monetary is used, transfer of values, tax payments, etc.
The notarization signature is done in the presence of the person that will have your signature recognized. The person must come to the Notary Public Office, present identification documents and sign the attendance book. This type of notarization recognition is required in some cases. The most common example is the transfer of vehicles in the DUT.

The documents requested are the ID, CPF, driving license or a professional identity (example: OAB issued card, CRM, CREA, etc.).

All the Notary Public Offices of Itapira must charge the same amount as the prices are stipulated by law.
It is not possible to grant discounts and nor can any fee be charged as they are already fixed in the cost table.
What forms of payment are accepted by the Notary Public Office?
For the recognition of signatures and authentications we accept payment in cash only.

What is the purpose of presenting a title to protest?

The Notary Public Office forwards the summon of the subpoena to the debtor at the address provided by the CREDITOR. In case the person cannot be located, the notary public office uses all available means to find him/her, in the last instance, release the public notice that is fixed at the Notary Public Office.
