What is it?

 

The acts practiced by the Public Notary Office, except the notarization and certified copies, are all done in a specific book which is kept forever.

Thus, of all the acts done in the book of the Public Notary, it is possible, at any time, to obtain faithful copies, with the same validity of the originals, which are the certificates.

 

 

 

How is it done?

 

The certificate can be obtained by reprographic copy (photocopy of the book), being provided on the spot, or it can be typed, being provided within a maximum period of 5 working days.

 

 

Required documents:

 

- Copy of the act for which you want a certificate (old certificate) or

- Number of the book and page containing the act or full name of the parties included in the act.
